Romy enjoys the continuous challenge of business development and solving engineering challenges.  He consciously strives to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, coworkers, and peers. He consistently listens to the needs of clients and owners to ensure he meets the responsibility of being a good steward to deliver sound objective advice and keep his promises. Romy oversees the general engineering, operations and sales of the company and reviews quality assurance/quality controls processes.

Nichola has been with Arseal since 2005 and oversees all financial and administrative operations in the organization. Prior to joining Arseal, she gained valuable international experience working in the Middle East and Asia as a management accountant. She brings an array of expertise in planning, directing, and coordinating company operations, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient strategies and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the company. She is a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Company Secretary.
