Arseal, in partnership with a plastics lid machine manufacturer, developed electrical design and material specification, panel design, controls and automation, and commissioning to produce a very efficient machine that produces quality product beyond projected expectations. Controlling temperature, pressure, speed of extrusion screw, high speed encoder, hoppers, VFDs, trim press, hopper blenders, heaters, fans and recycle grinder. Arseal’s control system provided safe and efficient production.
