HORIZONTAL DIRECTIONAL DRILL (HDD) DESIGN

A Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) can be a cost-effective solution for installation of underground utilities or product transportation lines when conventional bore or open trench installation are not viable options (ex. high traffic, conservation area, railroad, body of water, cost, etc.). Arseal will design the route and provide the requirements and drawings to support the driller in completing a successful install.

Birmingham Pipeline HDD

Design for connecting two facilities via traditional pipe routing in combination with a horizontal direction drill. Route required two separate drills to be designed and combined. The first drill required a lateral change in direction. Design drawings were completed to accomplish successful permitting and installation of the line.
