PIPING STRESS ANALYSIS

In order to ensure that your system has been designed appropriately for all loads and stresses, seen and unseen, Arseal utilizes the software CAESAR II by Hexagon to create a model of the piping system and supports.  Scenarios of varying temperature changes are then applied to the system to highlight any areas of concern. Utilizing the results of these simulations, the design of the system can be adjusted to include expansion loops where needed and/or the Structural Engineers may modify the design of the system supports to eliminate the concern.

Storage Facility Pipe Stress Analysis

By creating a piping stress model, Arseal has engineered and designed piping systems and steel supports expected to withstand internal forces and external forces due to thermal expansion, surge loads, fluid hammers, harmonic frequencies, among other events.
