About The Project
As part of a larger electrical switchgear upgrade, Arseal replaced a legacy PLC control system with a current PLC system. Arseal designed PLC Control Panel to meet UL508A requirements and client specifications. Arseal performed a factory acceptance testing with the client. Arseal programmed and tested the control system and HMI prior to commissioning to verify program functionality and SCADA communication. During commissioning, Arseal performed local functionality testing, point-to-point, and loop testing with the remote SCADA control center. The control panel was designed for the control of large pumps and interfaced with the Multilin protective relays in the new electrical switchgear and field equipment.
