Transmix Processing System
About The Project
Design a user configurable control system for a Transmix Processing Plant. Plant would receive transmix feed and would split it into high quality Diesel and Gasoline for distribution by local Terminal. Arseal designed, programmed, tested, and commissioned the entire control system. System could be controlled locally and remotely via SCADA. System include various PID loops including cascaded types. PLC handled flow rate calculations via differential pressure transmitters across orifice plates. Heat exchanger cooling fans driven by VFDs, in turn controlled by the PLC.
