COMMISSIONING, STARTUP, AND TRAINING
Arseal can provide onsite commissioning, startup, and training services for any of our projects. We work closely with the client and installer to develop a comprehensive commissioning and startup plan that identified the necessary testing procedures that are necessary during the commissioning, startup and sign-off. Arseal is also able to develop thorough and detailed training materials to provide training for operations, maintenance, and engineering personnel for new and existing systems.
Pump Station Control System Upgrades
As part of a multi-year, multi-location turnkey project, Arseal was tasked with replacing legacy PLC control systems with the latest customer standard control system for multiple pumping stations. The project involved the design of new control panels, both stand-alone cabinets and retro-fitted panels, and the programming and testing of those panels. Arseal performed factory acceptance testing of the control panel hardware and wiring and of the program functionality at the customer’s SCADA location prior to commissioning. Arseal also developed detailed drawing packages for the removal of the legacy systems and installation of the new control systems. During commissioning, Arseal provided engineering support, performed local functionality testing, and final point-to-point and loop testing with the remote control center.
