Pipeline Station Procurement
Arseal performed and managed the procurement for a greenfield build of a pipeline pump station and tank farm. Arseal prepared specifications and RFQs, received and analyzed bids, issued purchase orders, and tracked delivery and managed inventory for all material and labor contracts. Material included EDCC buildings, office building and warehouse, pumps, valves, meters, LACT skids, pipe, fittings, lighting, and instrumentation. Labor included civil, concrete, storage tank, piping, electrical/instrumentation, fire protection, and painting.
