About The Project
Arseal provide electrical, HVAC and plumbing design for a 2800 sq. ft. building for a truck loading terminal to be utilized for operations. The building included a BOL (bill of lading) retrieval room, unisex driver’s bathroom, unisex operations bathroom, operations office, break room and storage/utility room.
The building was designed and built per IBC, UPC, NEC, City of Houston Mechanical Code, and City of Houston Commercial Energy Conservation Code. Arseal acted as the prime engineering contractor and provided the engineer of record to permit the building with the City of Houston.
