Our construction management team integrates cost estimating, scheduling, financial forecasting, risk management, and change management to help our clients achieve their operational and financial objectives. Our engineers remain on site for as long as necessary to observe all construction activities. We provide a valuable second set of experienced eyes on any project, able to seamlessly consult and advise both our clients and their contractors to achieve project objectives. We can assist with change order evaluation, compliance monitoring, field observation, owner’s representation, pre-construction conference attendance, punch list preparation, record drawings, RFI response, and shop drawing review.
Tank Farm and Pump Station Construction Management
Arseal performed all-encompassing construction management for greenfield builds of pipeline pump stations, terminals, and tank farms. Arseal developed and tracked budget, coordinated construction labor, and organized material deliveries. Safety and code compliance were monitored with utmost importance. Arseal executed the Client’s plans with minimal oversight and returned fully functioning facilities.
