Piping Manifold Expansion
About The Project
Arseal provided engineering, design, material specification, procurement support and construction support for the expansion of the facility’s crude manifold. This expansion included 4 new headers and 14 new laterals. During the design process, consideration of the limited space was taken into account while at the same time attempting to maximize the amount of connections that could be made. The construction was designed to utilize prefabricated piping sections for ease of assembly. With the addition of a transfer header, the facility now has the capabilities of inbound, outbound, and tank to tank movements simultaneously, thus increasing the effectiveness and productivity of the site.
